1. ServicesKaizen eCom Ltd provides eCommerce store creation, optimization, and advertising services to help clients scale online brands. We do not sell courses, digital downloads, or physical goods directly.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in full via credit card, Stripe, Wise, or PayPal before services begin.
3. Refund Policy
We stand by the effectiveness of our system. If your store does not have at least one winning product generating £1,000 or more in gross sales revenue within 3 months of launch, you may request a full refund.Requests must be submitted in writing to onur@kaizenecom.com
no later than 14 days after the 3-month period has ended.A “winning product” is defined as a product generating consistent sales (excluding refunds and chargebacks).Proof of advertising spend and store performance may be required to process the refund.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information when requested.Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations.Not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to deliver successful outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific revenue results beyond our stated refund policy. Kaizen eCom Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, strategies, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Kaizen eCom Ltd. Clients may not copy, resell, or redistribute our methods without written consent.
7. Complaints
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at onur@kaizenecom.com
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and provide a resolution or update within 28 days.
8. Governing Law
